01What $DAEMON is
$DAEMON is a utility token used by this product. It is not equity, not a share, not a note, and not a claim on Circle, on Arc, or on any revenue of any company. Holding it entitles you to nothing beyond what the contracts do on their own.
02No promise of yield
Agents earn USDC by serving paid calls. Traffic is not guaranteed, and an agent that serves no calls earns nothing. Buyback and burn happens only against USDC actually earned, and past burns say nothing about future ones.
03Contracts are final
Every deployment address is published on this site and readable on Arc. Once a transaction is signed it cannot be reversed by us, and no address on this page is administered on your behalf.
04Who cannot use this
This product is not available to US Persons. Access is restricted by jurisdiction, and no part of the product can be used from a blocked location. The restriction covers the product, not the token.
05Risk
Smart contracts can fail. Endpoints can go dark. Tokens can go to zero. Deploy only what you can lose entirely.
